It is used for connecting to rectifier units different technological loads: electrolysis or galvanic cells, galvanic baths, arc furnaces, resistance furnaces. The DC busbar system from “ETS Engineering” is characterized by the following distinctive features:
- flexible connections to compensate linear expansion and weight loads;
- nickel coating of contact surfaces, which allows to obtain a stable transient resistance over time, as well as connect different materials to each other, such as copper and aluminum;
- availability, if necessary, of switching devices – DC disconnectors of the required nominal value and application class.
The Busbar system is supplied as ready-to-install components: aluminum for welding or copper for bolting. The kit includes all the necessary elements, including flexibles and insulators, stainless steel fasteners.
